Privacy Policy

Veredly stores the account details and work needed to provide the service: your email, research history, optional profile details, and content you enter into tools such as Compose. We don't sell that data, track you across the web, or use it for advertising. You can request account deletion from Settings or by emailinghello@veredly.com. We may retain billing or legal records we are required to keep.

• Your email address. Required for sign-in. We use a magic-link flow, so we never store a password.
• Your subscription details: plan tier, trial end date, status. The card itself stays at Stripe. We never see it.
• The ASINs and keywords you research.Stored against your account so you can see your own history, and so we don't pay external APIs twice for the same query.
• Content you enter into listing tools. Compose uses the brand name, product type, features, keywords, and audience you provide. We store the request and generated result so you can return to that work later.
• Optional profile details. If you add them, we store your display name, organization, profile photo, and email preferences. Profile photos use a public file URL so they can load in the app. Anyone who has that exact URL can open the image.
• Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, timestamps. Used for security and to debug errors. Retention follows the settings and policies of the hosting providers listed below.
• A session cookie. Keeps you signed in. No tracking pixels, no third-party advertising cookies.
• Amazon seller connection details, if you connect them. We store your Selling Partner ID, marketplace, and an encrypted refresh token so you do not have to reconnect for every request. Veredly can then fetch sales totals, FBA inventory, and financial events when you use a supported seller tool. We do not store those on-demand report responses as a separate analytics history.

• Your Amazon password, login cookies, or two-factor authentication codes
• Amazon buyer names, addresses, contact details, or other order PII
• Pages you visit outside amazon.com (the Chrome extension only activates on amazon.com)
• Screenshots or a copy of the full page DOM
• Anything in tabs that aren't amazon.com
• Your GPS coordinates or precise device location. Like most online services, our servers still receive your IP address, which can suggest an approximate area.

Email is the only way to authenticate you and send you receipts. Lookup history lets you go back to your past work, and saves you money on repeated queries. Subscription details let us bill the right tier. Profile details personalize your account. Saved listing inputs and results let you return to a draft. Server logs and error reports help us find abuse and fix bugs.

We don't use this data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or resale.

We use the following vendors to deliver the service. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job.

• Supabase— stores your account, profile, uploaded avatar, lookup history, saved tool results, and subscription record. Hosted in the United States.
• Vercel— hosts the veredly.com website and runs the API. Sees IP addresses and request logs.
• Stripe— processes your card and handles billing. We send Stripe your email and selected plan; we never see your card number.
• Resend— delivers the magic-link sign-in email and any service announcements.
• Cloudflare— provides DNS and edge protection. Sees the same IP/request data Vercel does.
• Sentry— receives error and performance reports when monitoring is enabled. Those reports can include request, browser, device, and diagnostic details. Veredly filters authorization headers, cookies, and common secret fields before server reports leave the app.
• Google Gemini— writes plain-English verdicts and generated listing copy. For Compose, Google receives the brand, product, features, keywords, and audience you submit. We do not attach your Veredly account email to that request.
• Research data providers. When you research an ASIN or keyword, Veredly sends that query without your account email to specialist providers for pricing, sales-rank, marketplace, keyword, and supplier data.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party. Questions about a provider or how it handles data can be sent tohello@veredly.com.

• Account record: until you ask us to delete it
• Profile details and avatar: until you clear them or ask us to delete your account
• Lookup history: until you ask us to delete it — or delete individual lookups yourself any time from your History page
• Listing inputs and generated results: stored with your lookup history until you delete the record or your account
• Server logs: according to our hosting-provider settings and operational security needs
• Error and performance reports: according to our configured Sentry retention settings
• Billing records: as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute handling

You can ask us to show you everything we have on you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it all. Emailhello@veredly.comand we'll respond within the time required by applicable law. If you're in the EU, UK, or California you may have additional rights under local privacy law. The same email handles those requests.

Xray detects supported Amazon page types and reads the product-card fields it needs locally, such as ASINs, titles, prices, image URLs, ratings, and review counts when available. That local detection can run as the page changes, but it does not send data to Veredly or use a credit. When you click Xray this page, it sends the detected ASINs and your Veredly key; the whole page scan uses one research credit regardless of product count. When you click Veredly grade on a product page, it sends that ASIN and uses one credit.

Xray never reads Amazon login cookies, your cart, your orders, screenshots, the full page DOM, or anything on another site. Requests to Veredly still create normal server logs, including the request time, browser details, and IP address. We use those logs for security and debugging, not to track where you go.

Veredly is built for business users running an Amazon brand. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. If a material change affects what we collect or how we use it, we'll also notify active accounts by email before it takes effect when required by law.
